The Forvara series of food wrap was developed specifically for private labels serving the UK's hospitality, hotel, restaurant, and catering (HoReCa) industries. Its core selling point is that the product formulation contains no BPA (bisphenol A), phthalates, or other plasticizers, nor does it contain PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), heavy metals, or harmful stabilizers.
While eliminating these potentially harmful substances, the film is engineered through specialized design and proprietary processes to fully meet the expectations of professional kitchens regarding traditional PVC cling film in key physical properties such as tackiness, softness, and transparency. Manufactured from food-grade polyethylene resin, this film is migration-free, odorless, and tasteless, and is microwave-safe, ensuring that the aroma and flavor of food remain unaffected.
New Product Launch: Printed Cling Film with Tear-Off Perforations Boosts Efficiency
A major highlight of the exhibition was the launch by Specialty Polyfilms of Printed Forvara Non-PVC Catering Cling Film with tear-off perforations. This product is specifically designed for bulk packaging operations in flight kitchens and large-scale food service operations. Thanks to its pre-printed design and tear-off perforations, it significantly improves workflow efficiency in high-volume kitchens when packaging items on standard trays and containers.
Extensive Product Line and Customization Capabilities
The Forvara product line offers a variety of formulations to meet different kitchen needs, including High-Tack versions, versions with performance comparable to PVC, Double-Sided Cling versions, Easy-Tear versions, and versions equivalent to national brands. In addition, the company offers printed and colored films to support batch identification and Kanban systems, as well as refill rolls designed to reduce packaging waste.
